Avelina updates:Thursday I saw the Opthamologist for my left eye which Cian had scratched over a year ago, and Avelina reinjured last week by accident. a scratched eye HURTS!!! kids are asleep - so I have a few min to write before I go off to bed. (sad, eh? but it's true! Avelina's first Physical Therapy session went very well! I had taken the whole day off in anticipation of one seriously cranky baby mucking things up. but she really did great! basically the therapist (named Eena) had me undress her, and then we did some regular moves so she could see how well she moved around and stretched. after the evaluation she showed me 5 stretches and strengthening

first - let me thank Nana & Papa Joe for coming to visit and helping us out with the babies! also, having a 'me' day was really nice (even if it was mostly for dr. appmts :).now, the stats on Avelina's dr. appmt. it was just a normal checkup with the 4 month shots - she did fine. I did try the sugar water trick - seemed to actually work - so I will do it again for both kids next time as well.
